At Esher Church School, our vision and values are at the heart of all we do, representative of a collaborative effort, involving the voices of our entire community— staff, volunteers, trustees, parents/carers and children. This inclusive process allowed us to create a vision that truly reflects our shared beliefs and values, grounded in Christian teachings.
Our vision reflects our understanding of God as love as commanded by Jesus Himself in John 13:34:

Our school vision and values are based on and reflect a Christian understanding of the nature of God and how they motivate, underpin and express the school’s service to its community.
Our aim is that all our children have a wonderful experience throughout their time at Esher Church School – to know that they are safe, loved, respected and valued for their uniqueness and individuality. We want to develop and nurture talents and make sure all our children are excited about learning and about life.
